Shipping Times

We strive to minimise delivery times; however, to offer free shipping, our delivery timeframe is slightly extended. Currently, free delivery takes 7 to 12 working days after order processing. Alternatively, you may choose our standard delivery option, which, for a small fee, reduces the delivery time to 5 to 11 working days.

Returns & Refunds

Once we have inspected the returned item and confirmed it is in a suitable condition for a refund, we will process your request immediately.

However, after the refund is issued, it may take up to 14 days for the funds to show up in your original payment method. This timeframe depends on the payment provider, as refunds can only be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase, and each provider has different processing times.

Yes, the points used for your purchase can be refunded. However, the extra points earned from that purchase will be deducted, as the transaction is reversed. This ensures that your points balance accurately reflects the purchases made and the benefits earned.

No, refunds are processed automatically and, as a standard practice, the funds will always be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Order Processing

Once your order is identified, we will begin preparing it for processing as quickly as possible. Typically, we aim to process all orders within 2 working days. However, during peak times, such as holiday seasons or special promotional periods, processing times may be extended. In these instances, it may take up to 4 to 5 working days to process your order due to the increased volume of orders. Please note that all orders are processed only on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). If an order is placed after 4 PM on a Friday, it is likely to be processed the following Monday. Order Issues & Resolutions

Please note that, depending on the nature of your order, if it contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, either on the same day or on different days. In such cases, you will receive a tracking number for each individual shipment, allowing you to monitor the progress of each package.
